Abstract :
This presentation shows how laser technology redefines comprehensive dental care by combining clinical optimization with a biological approach.
First, lasers optimize our practice by making daily workflows faster. They provide immediate bleeding control, reducing chair time and eliminating steps like suturing. This allows us to expand our treatment portfolio, creating strong market differentiation with painless procedures that patients appreciate.
In clinical practice, we perform precise soft tissue surgeries, like cosmetic gingival harmonization with zero bleeding, and quick frenectomies that heal beautifully without severe post-op pain. We also solve issues in orthodontics and periodontics, using laser disinfection to neutralize bacteria and protect the patient's gut flora from unnecessary antibiotics.
Furthermore, we treat debilitating conditions like herpes simplex and trigeminal neuralgia using Photobiomodulation (PBM) to manage chronic pain without systemic pharmaceuticals. Finally, we connect oral care to systemic health by using transcutaneous ILIB to fight oxidative stress and boost the immune system.
