Following its success last year, we are excited to announce the return of the speaker contest for the Young Dentists Forum. The second edition of the Young Dentists Forum in Istanbul was a tremendous achievement and provided the opportunity to two emerging young dental professionals to present on an international stage. This year, the forum is set to take place in Shanghai in September as part of the scientific programme of the FDI World Dental Congress.

This is an exceptional opportunity for emerging young speakers to shine alongside renowned international lecturers. Participants will be selected through a speaker contest organized by the FDI Education Committee. FDI members are encouraged to endorse a candidate for this contest, but please note that spaces are limited to just 20 applicants.

The application portal opened on 21st January at 08:00 AM CET and will close on 15th March at 11:00 AM CET—unless we reach the limit of 20 candidates sooner. We highly recommend submitting your application as soon as you can!
