Following the outstanding success of the FDI Regional Congress in Costa Rica in 2025, FDI World Dental Federation is delighted to return to the Americas for the FDI Regional Congress 2027, taking place 20–23 August 2027 in Cartagena, Colombia.

This fully Spanish-language congress will bring together oral health professionals from across Latin America and beyond for four days of high-quality scientific education, professional networking and collaboration.

Get Involved: Join the Scientific Programme Committee

FDI is inviting applications to join the Scientific Programme Committee for a volunteer term from September 2026 to August 2027.

Committee members will play an active role in shaping the congress scientific programme by recommending speakers, reviewing session proposals and abstracts, and contributing to the selection of scientific content.

Applicants should have experience in scientific conference organization or programme committee work, a strong dental professional network, and availability to participate in online meetings in English.
