Abstract :
One of the most challenging procedures in implant dentistry is Immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone. Due to patient´s high esthetic expectations and also biological challenges of post-extraction remodeling. One of the most critical factors influencing success in these cases is the proper management of the emergence profile, which directly affects peri-implant soft tissue stability, papilla preservation, and long-term esthetic outcomes.
This conference will discuss the principles and clinical protocols for emergency profile development in immediate anterior implants, emphasizing the transition from conventional analog techniques to fully digital workflows. Participants will gain insight into how provisional restorations, customized healing abutments, and soft tissue sculpting strategies can be planned and executed predictably.
Additionally, the session will highlight the integration of intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM customization, enhance precision, reducing both chair time and patient fear.. Through clinical case presentations attendees will understand how digital tools and guided surgery, complement biological principles to achieve optimal emergence profile management.
