The application deadline for the Smile Grant 2025 has been extended until 17th March 2025.
Each year, the Smile Grant Committee selects two FDI member national dental associations that are implementing innovative and sustainable projects addressing oral health issues or diseases within their communities. To support their efforts in making a significant impact on oral health education, prevention and promotion the FDI Smile Grant awards each recipient CHF 5,000.
The award ceremony is held during the General Assembly at the FDI World Dental Congress.
How can you apply?
- Be a FDI Regular or Associate member National Dental Associations
- The project submitted must be active since at least a year and will continue for at least another year.
New projects starting this year are not eligible.
Applicants are selected based on the following criteria:
- Expected educational and prevention outcomes of the project
- Project’s outreach and community benefits
- Involvement of key stakeholders
- Sustainable outcomes
